Meditation grounding and transformation.

Clay is the perfect teacher.

Making pearls is a repetitive process. If I forget to use it as a meditative practice its SOOO annoying 😂 But when I remember to use it as an earthy anchor it does wonders. My busy mind slows down. The smell and moist from the clay awakens my senses and I feel drawn back to my self.. I wonder if all repetitions if approached with attention have the same potential? How do you slow down to get back in the body ?
